Symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, loss of ambition, bloating, trouble sleeping, digestive issues start to feel like our new normal but that's now how we were meant to live!
I've been on a long journey the last few years and part of that journey most recently has been slowing down and befriending my body and giving it what it needs.
